Did you know?

The Platypus is stranger than you think.

Platypuses have no nipples.  After the young hatch, the mother oozes milk from the pores all over her body.

The male platypus has a poison barb on the inside of its hind legs.  The purpose of this weapon is uncertain.

While often compared to the beaver, the platypus is only about 20 inches in length -- more comparable to the size of the muskrat.

The Platypus bill is actually just an elongated muzzle covered with much the same kind of tough skin found on a dog's nose.  This bill contains an electrically-sensitive organ that can detect the electrical signatures of the small aquatic animals it eats.

(the subject is actually a soft humming/singing noise)

*looking at the choice of colors while trying to grab a snack*

Ah, what a nice light sky blue, with mahogany trim, and a dark warm green flooring!

"Hello Dingo! I hope you won't mind if I gather some food... pretty hungry today"

Not a problem...but it looks like you lost your lunch...here is a bucket and mop to clean it up.

Why does everyone who comes in here do that?  I thought I did an excellent job when I remodelled it.  It is not like I am color blind or anything.....*pouting*

I did sky blue walls  (nausous green)
Mahogany trim        (electirc purple)
And deep green floors  (bright orange with lemon yellow polkadots)

..and a blurry undefined substance on the floor... It actually improves the overall color scheme!

Perhaps the ship does need an interiour decorater...

*wrapping hankerchief around head so I can't see*

"Okay, feels around... this feels like a sandwich, allthough I can't define if it is any good..."

*snifs the sandwich*

"I guess it will have to do the trick!"

*stumbles outside, hitting head 3 times, but carefully blindfolded to ignore the colours*
