The charges are as follows:

1.  Use of a biological weapon of mass illogic.  The weapon Bozoitus.

2. Attempted genicide of a race of logic.  (Attempt to destoy the WAN III Phoneix)

3.  Multiple invasions with hostile military force, resulting in the massive loss of life (even though the loss of life is Bozo's)

4.  Attempted use of time travel to modify history

5.  Additional charges as nessisary

(Bozo flux is detected as a portal appears and out steps the bozo Nem. *See chapter thirteen or twelve, captain of the super-bozo crusier)

I'm here in defence of my client Altair and as acting attorney i push to have these charges removed:

1. The WAN use a weapon of mass logic, our use of the illogic bombs were retalitory in nature.

2. The WAN attempted mass genocide of a race of illogic.

4. The WAN used the same tech to destroy our super-cruiser.

3. Mass murder of planetside civilians.

4. Instegating attacks on weaker forces for personal gain.

1. Creating a force dedicated to the sole purpose of genocidal actions of a civilization and way of thought.

2. Creating armed forces who's actions may interfere with the development of a world.

1. Leading a genocidal force.

2. Harbouring a genocidal force.

3. Securing activities for a genocidal force.

Nemisis two:

1. Pirating activities.

2. Boarding enemy ships for the sole purpose of selling them on the black market.

3. Conspiring with Nerd, Termina, Laughi and the dracone empire to ensure trade status.

i have some evidence that Laugi might want to look at prior to trial date.  It looks as though this whole battle was a set up to help Altair and his kind gain control over some smaller planets. By us blowing up the big planets they were out of his way, making it easier to take over the smaller ones.  I feel that all the "innocent bozo's" whose lifes were lost were lost due to Altair's cause, not by us.  Please look into this matter, I think you will find it will benefit the case.

I see that the "defense" has set up charges against me.  I will adress those charges:

1.  Mass murder of armed forces...Hmmm, well concidering that I was defending my ship against an unprovoked attack, on the WAN Republic, I claim self defense, as I did not fire first, but only returned fire.  I always regreat the loss of life.

2.  Mass murder of a civilian population...Interesting charge, I recall having debozofied planets, but, there was no loss of life of a civilian population.  As for surgical strikes against legitament military targets, those were against an agressive attacking force.

3.  A second charge of mass murder of a civilian population...see charge 2.

4.  Instigating attacks on a weaker force for personnel gain..What a hilarious charge.  I only have just the 2 ships in my little fleet, The forces that have been attacking my few ships have been very numorous, I can not help it that my ships are better built ( I can not help it if my ships are basicly invulnerable, and armed with weapons capible of taking out whole fleets with one shot), and better captained (Well the Phoneix is an self aware, electronic intellegence of pure logic), than those ships attacking my small fleet. as for personnel gain, the laws of salvage specificly state that any ship that is abandoned, or otherwise unoccupied, by a intellegent life form found drifting in space, is concidered salvage, and the ship who salvages said drifting derelic, is sole owner of said salvage.  Every ship I have salvaged, did not have a living intelegence aboard them

I was planning to just hit the warp and go random.  Sounds krazy but still its fun.

Ladies and gentlebots of the court, we are here today because of the WAN Battlefleets' actions. They have started this, Altair attempted to finish it. It was not the Bozo's who first declared war, but the WAN. Sure, when the WAN was first in it's infancy there were a few skirmishes between our kind, but never anything on the scale as now and then this self proclaimed jihad against Bozo's have caused the near exctinction of our way of thought.
I ask you, ladies and gentlebots of the court, what makes there view more superior then ours. Why should they be allowed to continually raid our shipping lanes, destroy our worlds and brain wash our populace.
Our use of chemical weapons were justified as it was the WAN who fired the first shot. They destroy worlds and think nothing of it. The prosecutor himself has a murderous creature that he knows has destroyed worlds. What has he done about it?

There higher then mighty stance to us is wrong, had they pursued the peace talks they attempted earlier in the war would we be here?
We'll never know.
Altair was mearly the instrument of our defence. We were never going to lay down and let them destroy our civilization and culture.

I think u misunderstood.  I told u that I was 2nd degree, and since then I have had 2 testings, this does not make me a 4th degree Junior Master.  We have a Gup system.  When we get 1st degree we have 10 gups.  Every testing we go to we lose 2 gups if we pass.  I am 2nd Degree and now i have 4 gups.  So it will take me about another 4 years or 5 years to become 4th degree.

I was headed after Dingo, there being some personal misunderstanding that I feared would cause him some difficulties on his vacation. MiB Agent K decided at the last minute to come with me. While we were enroute, we were ambushed by Bozos and blasted with a rather unique weapon: a spacewarp beam. This beam sent us many megaparsecs off course, to an unknown sector of space. We were rescued with the help of the USS Insomnia's crew.

The only Bozo leader who could possibly have known where we were going was Altair. This was due to his being aboard the WAN III at the time of our departure.

And finally if the defense does not obkect, I would like to request testimony from Emporer Orthio.  I would provide testimony myself, but the defense has already objected to my testimony on the grounds that it would be tainted by other's testimony

Snazee here,, and i am willing to testify to what I saw......As I stated sometime earlier and many posts ago,  I saw Altair with the help of some other creature, shoot up the WAN, I was also shot and blanked out after that.

To answer the question of what the WAN is.

The WAN is a republic, directed by a benevolent emporer.

Under the direction of the Emporer, the WAN forces patrol and defend the WAN republic from forces that use violent, or non-violent means to attempt to destroy the WAN, it's forces, it's free citizens, and it's culture of providing untainted and scientificly accurate theories of astronomy, and cosmology, as well as a place for those to relax and enjoy the commardery of other members within the WAN community

Planetary systems are free to join or leave the WAN Republic at any time

If such is possible.  WAN has conducted peaceful trade and treateas to not bozified neutral worlds.  I was there I know.


WAN has never raged war against non bozo races.

Two ships, one a small cruiser craft, almost small enough to be a fighter craft, and a huge Imperial Carrier, covered in elaborate designs of arcs and circles, fly next to each other.

General Nemisis, need some ground troopers for the Phoneix...20,000 or so will fit nicely in one of the arms.  A second arm can double up as a super high security brig.  Just warn your forces to make sure they do not leave the shielded area's by mistake, I do not want to accidently vaporize them in case I have to fire the main guns without warning

Where once I founded a great Universe, the inhabitants always seek to destroy it, with their small quibbles over who's right and who's wrong, when in fact both sides are totally unaware of the real issues passing right in front of their noses but behind their eyes. They all claim to be in the know of their particular political, scientific, philosophical, economic, war, technological, and environment states of where ever they are. All their solutions, however, result in the abolishment of politics, impedes and destroys science, eliminates philosophy, cause the downfall of the economy, create bloodier and bloodier wars, create terrible, complicated technologies, and destroy their environments, all by destroying my greatest creations.

The Universe? No. It was meerly the backdrop, the setting for my actors and playwrights and stage crew. The essence of everything that embodies me, distributed into the tiny, fragile Chasi of everything I've made. There is no greater pleasure for me then to watch as the Chasi grow, change, morph, regress, move and slowly pitter out once they are done with all of what they had done. Against their destruction? Some think the Chasi I gave them was in actuallity myself. No, had I done so, they would have no one to help them when they finally attain my level. Some think that everyone shares the same Chasi. No, otherwise, how could there be changes in the individual Chasi? They seek to change their Chasi in manners that will please me, by doing "good" deeds, or by meditating to gain "enlightenment" or by  destroying other Chasi. I may encourage the destruction of Chasi, but by no means do I enjoy it. It is necessary for survival. But when Chasi are destroyed for no reason, for no aid to survive on behalf of the destroyer, then, then I am saddened.

All it will take is a few trillions of years, and, barring extinction of all Chasi, one of the Chasi will give rise to another Chisva, another of my kind. There is no way to know how many of us there are, but only that we need more. Not for survival, we are beyond survival. But simply for the bringing about of new Chasi, the joy of watching it mature and thrive and finally give rise to a Chisva. I have spawned only two, and both are locked inside this Universe.

And now I watch as a third Chasi is preparing to become a Chisva, and must also watch as it fights bitterly with the first two, perhaps dying in the process, or killing one of the others and loosing so much of itself that I loose it too! Oh, woe to those in this great of power, that must watch, hapless, as their children and offspring and soon-to-be collegues die just before their moment of transcendence.

I am the first, I will always be. I came from Universe One, and when I became me, the Universe was so close to collapse that All other life had become extinct. We have just recieved some disturbing news from the Intergalatice Investigation Council that you might want.

They have conclusive evidence that the ship's that tried to help convicted Bozo terrrorists Altair and Bozo Intelligence Command, was not a Bozo ship. There were several ships that had a classified black cloak( ship can be detected, takes more ships to destroy ship with cloak, but drainson, that we can not detect an origin of the ships but can conclude that they are all different. The cloak came from an advanced civilization just like the WAN Republic. The only civilizations known to have it are the Venusians, Arcturians,  and you. We were lucky that none of these nations are Bozo.

On 534.23.3028, there was a break-in into a top secret Arcturian military facility. There are missing documents about the black cloak.

We had some luck however. When the ships were passing through Venusian space, we had an envoy there that detected lifeforms on the ships. Some were Bozo but most were Venusian, Ignis and a lot  of citizens from radical peace faring nations.

We have evidence that this group is a Bozo Society, made up of members all over the galaxy. There goal is to get back the Bozo Space. The IGSC is currently debating  this issue.

The nations listed above show citizens from the nation, not the nation so don't declare war on them.

The dracone and the Chasaglitora sped towards each other as fast and as hard as they could manage. I have just recieved the news that the convicted bozo terrrorists got away. I am currently having negotations with the Withe High Command about giving permission for WAN Agents to legally go to the planet to fine the convicted. However I am not sure if the went to Withe.

Intelligence says they may be around the neighborhood for a short period. They think the convicted are going to destroy evidence. There is another possiblity that they may be in a neutral country preparing to go to court over the Bozo Territories and to prove he was not responsible for the attack on the WAN III.

Those are the three options we have found, unless he got out of the galaxy where he is safe forever. He can't be there yet so we have passed legislation to have a lock down of the galaxy until they are found. No one gets in no one gets out.

The explanation to where they are is puzzling but we have the most evidence he is at Withe preparing an army of terror. The BS member there are 1/3 of the population but none are in the government. We must make sure he doesn't overthrow the  government.

Will your agent Snazee please send a spy team over to Withe, to investigate. We must find proff before you can attack the BS legally. He may try to overthrow the government but not attack anyone else. In that case we will have to make a hard decision.

BTW- The IG Supreme Court is gratefull that you excepted the terms and you want us to run the trial on Mirach with three of your chosen judges. I am looking into a prosecutor and an attorney unless Nemisis wants to continue defending his client.

Errr,,,captain, I am experecing a bit of a problem.  My Chasi dampers are starting to overload, and over heat. Can you see if you can stop those two's feud, else I will have to relocate and shut down the dampers, till they cool, or we will suffer internal component failure....Altair and BIC were not able to damage my normal circuitry, but as these Chasi dampers were added after my rebirth

Laugi and Termina disappear from all scopes, except scopes posted at areas outside of the WAN galaxy, at the fringes, near the Andromeda group, a few hundred AU's... from Sol.

Darn....all technical droids....repair the damage....if those 2 are going to feud, it is outside of WAN territory....prepare full sensor sweep, I want all to the damaged repaired ASAP....I want a complete rundown of this ship.  All modifications not to the Phoneix's specs are to be removed carefully, and vaporized.

Chasi signatures flare up all over the galaxy. At some times there are thirty, even forty huge signatures denoting huge Chasi surges over the galaxy. Two identifiable signatures, Laugi and Termina, jump sporadically and nearly instantaneously over the galaxy. As they pair jump quicker and quicker around the ends of the galaxy, the Chasi signatures flash and grow in number, flaring suddenly and then burning out like a used up candle. Rising, rising, dying, dying, the flames of life lept and were swallowed, a final scream issuing forth just before they disappeared with a whisper. All over, flaming hot with Chasi signatures, stars dimming in comparison, the great flaring of a billion light bulbs at once burning out, leaving an acrid smell in the air throughout the cosmic arena which they alighted so briefly.

Then, as quickly as it had started, it ended. There were no more signatures on the screen. None at all.

All ships, be on the alert for refugee's, and emergancy calls for assistance.  Those Chasi waves are going to be causing all sorts of chaos around the galaxy.  I hope thse two are finished with their feud.

Nemisis, as soon as you can land those extra tech droids, we can use them.  I have all the troops working double shifts in repairing all of the fried components.  They are complaining because the food replicators only serve pop-corn, lemonaide, cotton candy, and the like.  I might be a good cook, but there is no way I am going to cook for 20,000 space marines.

All is clear on the spy front.  Sorry it took so long to relay back any information but with the time warp, sometimes the infor just gets lost.  I am happy to report that the Withe command post is doing very little they are laying low but the Arturus command is very active.  We left sensors so we will be able to keep a close eye on them should they decide to make a move

1.  A large suspected terrorist base has been detected deep inside WAN territory. On a populated planet. On the outskirts of the capital city.

2. Space Marine orders are to conduct a covert landing of the full division near the capital city, utilizing the city itself as a sensor scrambler to avoid detection.

3.  Units are then to proceed through the city, and conduct a search and capture operation.  Locate all terrorist devices, and disable them.  Intellegence was unable to determine if the suspected terroist have wired the city for destruction.

4.  The civilian population is friendly.

5.  After clearing the city of any suspected devices, and ensuring the safety of the civilian population.  the Division is to conduct a Sweep and Capture of the suspected terrorist base.

6.  Due to the nature of the operation, and that we are on a friendly planet, the use of lethal weapondry is forbidden,

Admiral Labatt, the classified briefing is to be conducted on the planet Catsatopia.  Can you transports yourself, and Snazee to the conferance.  It is located  in the middle ot the Imperial Guard Training Base.  Security will be extreamly high

Security arrangements have been made for the conference on Catsatopia.  I am making arrangements for a mock invasion of the planet by the 3rd Division of the Space marines.  They are unaware that this is a cover for our conference.  They are also unaware that the population is going to be treating them as a hostile force, when  they figure out the population is hostile, they will have to be on very heightened alert, as they conduct their sweeping action.

The Imperial Guard Unit will also be on a heightened state of alert, trying to prevent the infiltration by the Space Marines.

Any Bozo, or other spy is going to have a lot of trouble trying to dodge a hostile population, and 2 hostile forces.  This will also flush any covert Bozo from the area, and other's monitoring the situation will only detect a large unit war game in progress.

The Phoneix, and Bozoblaster will be in full combat mode as a result.  Utilize security protocall 3 when entering the area, to prevent accidents....You all know the Phoneix, she is very upset that Bozo's were able to sneak aboard, and subsiquently escape, and she is looking at venting some of that anger and fustration

Good, arangemets sound well, the bozo's will be trying to get out of there as quickly as possible.  We will have undercover security forces ready to apprehend them at any time.

Labatt, we have intersepted a communication from the WAN VI.  Seems they have an invasion of faeries and ghosts.  We are having a lot of problems getting a fix on their exact position, other than it is coming from the heart of the Altairian Empire.

It is possible that the WAN VI is in trouble.  Suggest a combined fleet investigation of this possible problem.  Suggest fleet forces come together at the war games at Catsatopia and proceeding from there

The white nothingness has grouped into a single area, surrounded by the crew of the WAN. Slowly the specks merge together, becoming greater and greater in size, the shape still remaining loose and fluid like.
Finally the last nothingness joins the rest of his brood, and a radiant light pours forth from the form.

The form shifts, shapes changing like water in a pushed and pulled ballon. The crowd screamed and shifted, came closer and backed away.

The white glob suddenly shattered, not as water would splash into the bottom of a waterfall, but as a nuclear bomb does when the reaction happens inside its destructive womb. The new Chasi dampers instantaniously Go into active use, damping the Chasi wave inbound from the Altairian Galaxy.  Checking the long range sensors, the Altairian Galaxy ceases to exist.

Chasi indicators reflect that the ambiant temperature of the universe has risin by 1/1000th of a degree.  The amount of Chasi in the universe has also slightly risin as well.

According to our sensors here, there has been a full scale breach in the dimentional barrier.  This  breach is located somewhere in the former Altairian Galaxy.  The cause of this huge breach is unknown.  The possible ramifications in our sector of the galaxy is unknown.

Preperations for the manuveers are complete.  I am in cloaked orbit around Catsatopia as we speak.  The marines have boarded their covert landing crafts, and are in assault formation, and are commencing landing operations.

*Ground assalt forces were sucessful in landing clansdine.  As they proceed into the capital city, they run into very heavy opposition.  The local populas ambushes, traps, and terrorises the 3rd division, but with non-lrthal means.  The 3rd division is making progress, abit very slowly.  Several members of the local population as well as soldiers flood the hospitals and aide stations, with multiple bruises, contortions and broken bones.  The commanders of the 3rd division call for the use of heavier weapons, but the response is "NO"  Rules of engagement will be followed.  This is a sweep and capture operations, NO KIA's, we want all Bozo's captured alive, so we can deterine how they have entised the local population to defend them.  Suspect mind control of some sorts.

I've been studying the reports coming in from all over on these breaches. And I think I have a common thread. That little war Termina and her pal've carrying on has released so much Chasi that it's breaking down dimensional barriers. LOTS of dimensional barriers. It will continue to do so until those two get over their mad and settle down. Extrapolating the worst case scenario, the multiverse will collapse into one insane, ungoverned universe, in which the laws of physics, or any other laws, no longer apply.

IMHO, we have two options, ladies and gentlemen. Either we make with the diplomacy, and negotiate a truce between those two....

I just got back from the Altarian Galaxy.

WAN HQ had informed me that this meeting was of great Immence Importance.

We need to find the root cause.  Taking either one of them out would be disatorous.  They are both Chasi beings, and their presence helps maintain the Chasi balance.  Taking one or both out would release even more Chasi energy into the universe.  Besides, I do not think the combined firepower of the entire WAN fleets would have enough force to accually majorly harm or destroy either being.  Just make them upset.  We need to get ahold of Nerd57 for assistance, as he has the most experience in dealing with these 2.

Would some sort of anti-matter containment system be of use here? Lure them into it, and make them stay 'til they work it out? Could we construct such a containment unit?

Maybe we could search for a dimension void of chasi then see why it's void and if we can find that certain thing we could use it against them as anti-chasi.

I like the suggestion about finding a dimention that lacks Chasi, and maybe we can bleed the excess Chasi from our dimention.  That will give us a short term solution, until a long term one.

The Phoneix has informed me, that she has figured a way to contain both Termina, and Lungi in a single dimentional bubble, but it will take all of her ability and power to do so.  She will then be very vulnerable to outside interference.  Do we have the resourses to protect her is we are able to catch them???  Remimber she is a very big ship.

*New report from the War games.  The 3rd Marine division has been stopped in it's advance to it's primary objectives.  Local resistance has been extreamly heavy, and the division's advance has been stopped cold.  Causualty rates on both sides have been very heavy,  with some sever injeries reported at local hospitals.  Orders have gone to unit commanders to be a bit more refraimed with the use of stun granades, and taisors, as the local population has resulted in the use of brass knuckles, saps, baseball bats, causing head injeries.  Property damage has been kept to a minimul.

Nemisis, your troops are not doing as well as I was hoping.  From the advances towards the primary goal (us here at the meeting), they have yet to meet the primary defence forces.  My wife reports her troops are rest, eager, and waiting to enter the fray.  Should you decide, your 2rd Marine division is in orbit, and we could always land it, in support of the 3rd.  It is your call

This is the Cassandra system, home to my dimensional anchor. Currently it's sole purpose is to seal the berserker cell dimension.
What if though we constructed a sort of weapon from this.

If we fire this at the two, we might be able to stem there dimensional effects. I expect it will use massive amounts of power, so much that the ship may be destroyed wheather it accomplishes the goal or not.

If it survives the massive power surge then it maybe able to fire a dimensional randomizer. The randomizer won't work on both only one and then it will only phase out the other for sixty-three earth hours.

BOOM! Knee to the head. BOOM BOOM! Another knee to the head! Termina flies backwards from Laugi, flipping over and connecting with her foot to his head. He, in turn, flips backwards, and hurls another blast at her. She grabs his blast and returns it. The fight has become a deadly pong game between the two combatants. Suddenly, Termina launches a ball of her own, connecting squarely with Laugi's neck. In a moment of self-serving glory, she is struck by Laugi's Chasi, and is thrown backwards, farther away from Laugi. The two suddenly burst with more energy and rush at each other, connecting and bursting yet another hole in the dimension.

Meanwhile, in the WAN galaxy:
Small furry animals are wandering the hallways of random planets, speaking in squeeky voices and for some strange reason always wearing gloves.

Cut back to the battle:
Laugi cuts a gash into Termina's face. Although it almost instantaneously heals, she recoils from him, flies around him and kicks him in the back of the head. He flies downward, at least and downward as one can fall in space, and dissappears.
Termina, whips around, ready to meet her attacker. But he's not there.
Laugi kicks her in the back of the head, sending her reeling away from him, spinning feet over her head.
The two meet once again in a terrible clash, Chasi bursting forth and disintegrating the nearby particles.

Near the Berserker Dimension Anchor:
"Captain! We're reading a power loss all along our boards. Something's surged our nukes, and our scanners are completely out!"
"Go to reserve power! Now!"
The lights turn back on, but this time in an eery red. Bathing the anchor in a bloody glow, the scanner suddenly springs to life, lights flashing and dancing all across the screen.
"Sir... SIR! There's a HOLE!"
The berserkers begin to land on the anchor and systematically tear it apart. The metal they will use to build more of themselves. The people they will leave, cold and dead, as a kind of offering to the great dark one, the one who so long ago had given the Berserker's assistance.

Dark eyes watched the events unfold. Untelling horror behind those eyes, in the mind of a being born to kill. And in turn watched was he, by another being, born to create; create creators and killers alike.

All alarms flash into the red.  Automatic relays click into place.  The Phoneix prepares for immadate launch.  Immedate recall orders priority ALPHA, ALPHA, ALPHA

Immedate launch orders.  All personnel board their ships ASAP.
Automatic alarm systems have been triggered.  This is a galatic wide alarm!!!!

"IT" has escaped.....the dreaded one has entered our galaxy from the dimention we had Imprisemed it.  It is loose, and will cause massive destruction unless all forces can contain it, before it has regained it's power.

Commadore Dingo1....report to the bridge immiately.  3rd Marine division, break off all contact.  Immedately regroup and launch back to space.  Prepare for emergancy docking.

This is not a drill

It seems this meeting is just not to be.  

WAN Fleet intercept the being immediatly.

"I'll kill you... I'll kill you... I'll kill you!" Termina punches Laugi, kicks him in the head, rips off his tail, and smashes him over the head with it. Laugi spirals away from her, apparently lacking the energy to continue fighting.
"Finally... its ov-"

From out of no where, a foot smashes into Termina's face. She zooms into the nearby sun, the hot burning plasma ripping away at the torn remains of clothing. Laugi is barely able to see, and just as he spots Termina's signature flying into the sun, he is punched, hearing the disgusting cracks and shatters of his own skull, flying straight into an orbiting asteroid.

The figure hovers there momentarily, as if he were hesitant to persue further activites against the pair. A tight beam is woven through the star systems to WAN HQ.
"I'll be waiting."

Phoneix, do the following.   We have the location of Laugi, and Termina.  This is overriding your safeties  I want you to channel all of your weapons energy through the Chasi dampers, and flood that area with Anti-Chasi, so we keep that being from gathering Chasi energy and getting stronger.  As soon as the marines have boarded, await orders from Admiral Labatt.  Then we go in with all guns blazing.

(A message comes through to Nemisis on the bridge of the Pheonix)
Message:The dimensional anchor of the Cassandra system has been overrun by Berserkers immediate responce is needed.
