Upon beginning to write this, I find that my memories are somewhat...incomplete. I do remember being kidnapped by the Bozo Borg for my inside info on both the WAN and Borg fleets. They restored my indivuadality. During your attack, I managed to escape, and activate the fleet-wide self destruct, which I had learned how to activate during my stay. Then I awoke in your sickbay.

Request permission for sanctuary from the Borg.

(Labatt puts on his uniform)  What now?  Finaly we get time to relaxe and this happens?  Can't our major automatic defences handle it?  If not send in our defensive fleets, I doubt that will hold them off.  

Lets attack them while we have our Auto defence on and our Defence fleets in tact, along with the borg and the WAN fleet we should have no trouble.

A coup today has overthrown the second Arcturian king Arcturus I. The coup lead by terrorist Altair, who was responsible for the attack on the WAN III, claimed responsibility and now has control of the government. The former Arcturian empire which was formed from Bozo revolutionary's and the Arturian Empire, seems to be lost. This revolution couldn't be stopped because Arcturus is more than 500 billion light years away from Earth. A WAN spokesman said earlier that this was the worst revolution ever for Earth. He said with the advanced Arcturian technology the Bozo's will now put up a good fight. Art Bell has declared a day of celebration for the Bozo Empire. He said that the Bozo's will get their revenge on humanity. He also warned the WAN High Command not to reverse time otherwise a time war will begin.  Time war's are when someone goes back in time to destory the existance of another. Wan High Command has not commented exept for saying they are at ThreatCon Delta and ready to attack if they need to.

Hopefully WAN HQ won't call us off to duty because this is a special occasion. Party On!!!

Bozo Homeworld Invaded

A WAN Fleet invasion task force has invaded the bozo homeworld. Art Bell has called for the immediate evacuation of Bozon. He commented on saying that he may be Bozo but he cannot ignore history. Art Bell's location at the moment is classified but some captured Bozo's say he has hitched a ride on a blackhole to Arcturus. "He closed the void behind us so he could get away, that is why I am a POW", says captured Bozo. The Wan Fleet has not commented on Art Bell but said they are glad they are in control of the planet and 1/2 of the Bozo forces there.

I have recieved the supplies sent and am in pursut of massive bozo fleets.  Due to our excellent sensors, they have joined with several massive numbers Altairian fleet units, including landing vessals of all sizes.  Looks like we are on the tail of a massive joint bozo invasion force, calculated destination of this fleet is planet Earth, and WAN fleet HQ.

I have been reading the intellegence reports, and our invasion forces taking the Art Bell homeworld.  We have captured their reinforcement forces, but their primary assault forces are still at large

Within hours of the inital attack from "Termina", tens of Arcturian planets send out frantic SOP (Save Our Planet) signals, only to be replaced minutes latter with static, chaotic and jumbled information reports from still functioning automatic services. All reports involving the strange Draconian symbol for Termina, the surviving planets begin to ponder their fate as more planets fall to the lone Draconian ship destroys. Dingo, I have blocked their transmissions, they are now monitoring some space craft about 1000 million light years away!!! (hope it's not some tour guide!!)  All signals coming from them are being monitored, so if they for some reason figure it out, we can re route the signal!!!

Uploadiing new viruses into their main drives, so this should buy some time to destroy them on a sneak attack!!

I have got an idea.  Tell the Emperor Spiron about Altairs and the Bozo's plans.  If they do not believe us, send them the transmission we just saved andgive them proof. That should hault there agreements and then cause a war between those 2 major powers.  Our enemies enemies are out friends.  We will ally our selve's with them and then destroy the Bozo's once and for all.

Very true the speed of light is a finite speed, so the virus only moves at that speed, but the delivery of the virus, is accomplished with warp technology.  Those flickering lights you see are the result of our virus delivery system warping in and out of your galaxy, delivering it's virus and transwarping to another location to overwelm your virus systems.  As your star watchers have probliby reported to you, their have been trillions and trillions of deliveries all through your system.

As for the Phoneix, with a crew of 3, even we do not know all of her capibilities.  All we know is she is out of Altairian blood.

Termina, supplies are on the way, as for your dispute with Lungi, that is an internal matter between the two of you.

I wan't to know who makes the final Decisions at WAN HQ.  Apparently over the years they have gained more power and control than the Fleet Admiral. Or is it the board members? Sometimes we all don't agree for they don't kno what is goin on here first hand as we all do.

WAN HQ is ultimately under the direction of Emporer Orstio.  Fleet Admiral's are ultimately in charge of their respective sector's of operations.  Tactical battle command is under the direction of the first commander in a battle.  I know it becomes confusing when a Lt Commander (lowest combat command position) can be the first one on scene of a battle and all additional forces report to them.  That authority ends after the battle, and the senior commander on site takes command.
WAN HQ orders can also be confusing as they have intellegence that us field commanders do not.
Lets finish up these last bozo's then figure out the order's from WAN HQ.  It has interupted my card game with Aaron, and he is ahead on $$$$$

One of your crew members couldn't fight the virus which helped our plan work. I then left the ship before it collided with the BB2.

the Earth will be quite fine in dealing with Altair1, and his forces, I shutter to think what will happen if he attempts to land his forces there.  That he will have to get by all of the WAN HQ defenses set up there.  Even the Phoneix would have problems taking that planet if we tried.  Besides the Timelords concider that planet holy, and will not allow for manipulation of it's past.

State what u think of this treaty.  I would like to make some changes.  WAN will NOT give back any of the Conquered territory which is now WAN territory.  We will not stop development of new Technologies.  I never heard a bozo ever trying to nagotiate.  This means u know that u have been defeated.

Well, as the time lords will not allow for the changing of historical events, that Article 1 is agreed upon

In regards of weapons of Mass destruction.  Hmmm..I will not agree with that.  Our weapons are not mass destructive...usually... they are Bozo conversion to truth and logic weapons.

A neutral zone, we can agree upon that.  Suggest all of the converted and captured territories to become the neutral zone.  As the WAN republic has retaken all of our territory, as well as have taken of debozofied most of the Bozo Empire, and the full conversion of Altairian Galaxy to Anto-Bozo.

The Phoneix conditions for a peace treaty:
Article 1:  The Bozo Empire, as well as the Altairian Emprire will completely and verifiable disarm, and destroy all intergalatic, and intersteller ships/war tents.  Intersteller and intergalatic travel, shall be forbidden.
Article 2:  Alll Bozo forces shall be limited to sub-light speed.
Article 3:  All of the territory of the Altairian Galaxy, as well as the captured territories of the former Bozo Empire, shall be now and forever allow for free and independant elections, and be allowed free and unmanipulated exchange of knowledge (subject to the restrictions of article 2)
Article 4:  The Bozo Empirer, and the Altairian Emporer shall give up all and any real power, and become figurehead emporer's instead...similar to the Japanese emporer of Earth.
Article 5:  The Bozo and Altairian Empires shall write into their constitutions, forbidding the use of war of any kind (Hostile, trade, economic....ect)

Dingo, the disarmament doesn't say anything about the bozos cutting back.

In regards to Article 1: Acceptable
In regards to Article 2: Unexceptable.  We will not agree to a combined Bozo and Altairian Empire, even if they are declaired republics.  Both countries are to be independant from each other, with seperate governments not reporting to a central government.  Only elected government will be recognized, with the elections being completely free from and open to all political parties, and philosophies.
Article 3: Unacceptable.  We will not give up our de-bozo weapons, nor will we cease to test weapons of mass de-bozofication within the neutral zone.  We will agree to not use such weapons upon populated territories, except in defense of the WAN Federation of Independant Republics.
Article 4: Agreeable to a point.  Said neutral territories will be patrolled by a independant and neutral force.

You are correct, there is no such thing as Bozo civilians. The planet you attack is the homeworld of the Arcturians, founded by Boziana XI. WAN help them settle into their new world far away from the bozo's. We have been enemies with them ever since because they are no longer bozo and broke away from the Bozo Empire.

The Bozo's had no presence on Arcturus except me. I sent the message from Arcturus so you wouldn't find my location and if you did you wouldn't attack the planet because you were allies with the Arcturians. I left the planet right after I sent the message because if some Arcturian caught me there, I would have no chance in leaving the planet. The story before that was a cover-up story.

The WAN Fleet attacked Arcturus after PLC gave the order of no treaty. You did not consult WAN Intelligence.

Operation Justice for All will be entering WAN territory within the hour. Surrender those responsible or instead of handy over your WAN officers we could agree on a treaty to help the Arcturians and give the Bozo Empire a larger piece of the pie in your galaxy.

Although I would like to suggest that the Bozo Planets not be obliterated, as they could be put to much better use as either colony planets, mine planets, or prison planets. Nerd57: I'll gladly accept being the prosector of Altair, if it is necessary. I am not, however, interested in the Bozo equipment. I can appraise the prize money for the captured ships, but I would not buy any of them.

Laungi, you can have access to unclassifed databases within the WAN.  Access to classified military databases, is not available to non-WAN personnel.  We do not need to have that information become public knowledge, as it could be used against us, as well as other republics, and  races.  As for captured Bozo equipment, we have plenty of Bozo "ships"

for the promotion, and will do everything in my power to rid the Milky Way of Bozo's.

Does anyone wish to volunteer as attorney for defense?

Perhaps a court appointed drone for the defence since all Altair most likely can't provide a Bozo thats up to logical-court standards.
Plus he needs someone who actually thinks he's innocent or atleast wants to believe.
