The fleet investigation of the events leading up to the subsiquent crash landing of the WAN III at fleet emergancy base IO is to commence.
A second investigation is to take place in addition to the first investigation into the disappearance of MIB Agent K.

Investigating officers are as assigned:
General Labatt - hereby granted the temporary rank of Admiral of the Fleet for the duration of the investigation.
Lt Cmd SunSpot4Ever - hereby granted temporary rank of Vice Admiral of the Fleet for the duration of the investigation.

Investigating officers are hearby authorized to question any officer of the WAN Fleet, and at the end of the investigation directed to present their conclusions and recommendations to Emporer Orstio.

For the duration of the investigation, all Fleet operations are scaled back to standard patrols, refit, maintence and repair of ALL WAN fleetships, and resupply

As u are aware I was gone from here on my Top priority mission for 1 month.  Plz fill me in on everything which had happened during that time.  After that I will have hundreds of Officers Investigating further.

I also request full information to aid in the investigation of this incident.

As you have requested here is my report as I know it about the crash of the WAN III.

After our last action with the Bozo forces, I requested a leave of absence.  This was due to the stress of the last action, and the results of disagreements with MIB Agent K, in regards with our admiral.  As the admiral saw the state of depression I was under, my request for leave was granted.  At the last minute, Dr BlackNebula was also granted leave as well.
For my location of leave, I had decided to visit Planet Catiopolis, the worst planet in ES, to visit my old Acadamy roommate Major WandaT, and our mutual froen Killthemiftheycomplaine.  After arrival on Catiopolis, while waiting at Killthemifthey complaine's reasurant, for WandaT to arrive, he and I got into a discussion about the condition of his resturant, and the quality of the food..  The resulting arguement got a little out of hand, and the local constible was called.  As a result of not wanting to compromise the integraty of the WAN, I prevented my apprehension, and waited the arrival of WandaT to correct the misunderstanding.  In the aftermath of her arrival on the scene, we ended up getting married, and was secreted off the planet with BlackNebula in tow, as well as my dear wife WandaT.
We arrived back at the location where the WAN was suppost to be, but we found instead, a lot of space debree, and the WAN IV deep in attack with a Bozo Super ship.  We immediately assisted in the rescue of Nemisis, with the assistance of Mons, and other scattared WAN forces of all crew.  And we either destoyed or caused the immedate withdrawl of the Super Bozo ship.  We then with the survivors proceeded back here to WAN HQ, only to discover the WAN III making an emergancy landing at WAN moon base IO.
WAN HQ put me in charge of salvage operations, and to see if the WAN III could be restored.  Here are the WAN III security tapes, and blackbox, and as you can see they are in the original condition they were found in, and immediately placed in tamper proof containers  (handing over the containers).  Here is the recording of our salvage efforts...(handing over salvage records)

Thank you Dingo.  Vice Admira Sunspot,  please go and ask many of the officers who were witnesses of the destruction.  WAN HQ  I need to know precisly what happened and how.  Whad did Emperor Orstio and the Fleet Admiral PLC have to do with this???????

PLC and MIB Agent Kay were last seen in pursuit of Dingo's ship shortly after he took his leave.  They have not been seen since, but tracking on recent messages from PLC are currently underway.

We can provide you the following information, though somewhat sketchy.

After recieving the after action reports from the WAN III in regard with the Bozo Civil War.  We recieved request from the Empire of Alterians to establish diplomatic relationships as well as recieving requests from the Bozo Empire of Art Bell.  Ambassatorial credencials were authorized to both goverments to send a representitives.  As the WAN III was our represenative in that sector of space.  Both represenitiveswere directed to report to the WAN III for transport to WAN HQ. With appropriate warnings.  The authorized represenitives given credencials are Ambassator Altair, and Ambassator Bozo Intellegence Command.
From that time on, we experenced a communications blackout
with the WAN III.  Until which time we were notified by the WAN III herself that she was approching for an emergancy landing, without a crew aboard.
She then proceeded to crash on landing.
Groups of crew and officers from the WAN III began to land here at WAN HQ base Luna.  All crew and officers have been accounted for except the following individuals.

We have Ambassator BIC in protective custody.

to me that maybe the Bozo's planned this Civil War and to get the WAN III in Bozo Space as an ambassator.  Then they would delibritly destroy the ship.  This could of been just a long and an elaborate plan.

Security tape - 11:  Scrambled.  sound of gunshot heard, followed after a while by the sound of another gunshot
Security Tape - 12: Shows Mons being rushed to sickbay by Cerberus...scrambled section...scrambling clears up, showing Cerberus finishing first aide on Rover.......rest of tape scrambled.

The moment they came aboard the WAN III all hell broke lose.

From the interpitation of the ship's logs, and from the security tapes, all heck broke loose as soon as Altair came aboard.  I can not find where BIC accually came aboard.  It is possible, as the security tapes are incomplete, some due to the crash landing.  But something created interference with the internal security system.  Last I heard of Ambassator BIC was in WAN HQ custody.  Where I do not know, HQ problibly stashed him somewhere in the intellegence section, and I am not cleared for that area.  Snazee I think is cleared for that area.  You might ask WAN HQ.  Has anyone seen Cerberus since the crash landing.  I know he arrived here safely, but that is the last I have seen of him.  And the security tapes show him around the Admiral's and MIB agent K's shuttles just before they left

Cerebrus was last seen exiting the bridge and leaving with MIB and PLC.  I don't think that they have landed yet, and if we can keep transmissions open with MIB and PLC we can pinpoint there exact location. I have a feeling the MIB and PLC have Cerebrus in there custody.  After the shooting began, Rover and Cerebrus were taking cover by the door to the bar, so I don't think they were related to the shooting incident, I seen a creature that came from the shadows and began the shooting.  I have never seen a creature of that proportion before, but I could identify it if I seen it again.  I think we have a being of higher power behind this and Rover and Cerebrus are the fall guys, just a hunch.  (memory slowly coming back, so I'll keep you posted as I remember!)

We have BIC in protective custody.  He has been forthcoming in Intellegence matters.  We will forward his recorded testemony in regards to the WAN III incident.  It will be edited due to security reasons.

I went to find the security tapes from the BozoBlaster II but they got fried in place.  I don't see how that was possible but they're history.  Sorry, I'm no help in that department.

My preliminary analysis of the data seems to support the contention that Altair was behind much of the WAN Disaster. Things seemed to start going wrong just after s/he boarded. A note seems to have been found which told cooperating parties to begin the gunplay which injured WAN crewmembers, and perhaps a sabotage of control panels leading to the crash. I have not yet looked into reports of creature sitings elsewhere, but will continue review and analysis.

As I was trying to clean up the Security tapes my team and I say BIC and Altair take out his gun and fire apon cerebrus and other WAN officers.  Then when the room was evacuated Altair and BIC proceeded to the main console and plotted a direct crash course with a cellestial body! After that they left the Bridge.

All Hands prepare for a Major Attack against the Bozo's and Altairians.  

All WAN officers proceed Immediately to you Battle Stations.  I repeat all WAN officers Proceed to your Battle Stations. All Fleet Commanders launch your ships now!
