Title: Yuri Koptev thinks that federal program on Plesetk needed

The general director of the Rosaviocosmos plans to bring attention to the president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin the question about creation of the federal program on development of "Plesetsk" cosmodrome. He has informed the journalists about it to on the eve of president's visit of the state space research-and-production Khrunichev centre.
 According to Yuri Koptev, the correspondent of the strana.ru informs, if the in the next two - three years "we will not not alter the infrastructure of the cosmodrome", then the plans on giving it the status of the main cosmodrome of the country will not be realized.
 Yuri Koptev has informed, that in the last five years the aerospace branch of the country developed basically due to own means. So, the state order in 2001 has was only 10% from total amount burden of the enterprises. General director of Rosaviakosmos considers, that own means of branch for development of "Plesetsk" will not be enough, so the government support is required. In the same time the director of the Khrunichev Centre, Alexander Medvedev, has declared, that during visiting the enterprise by Vladimir Putin conversation will go about the problem of creation of the heavy class "Angara" complex, which should provide Russia independent access to space. He added that at a visit of center by the president of, he will be shown the "Angara" complex, "Breeze" accelaration block and new generation of space rockets of an light class "Rokot" rockets which are planned to be launched from "Plesetsk" cosmodrome.
