spam blocks??

what does that mean? you said you are getting spam blocks because of me?? I dont know what that means?

Sorry about that.  Some people like to fill up message boards with unwanted advertising, and often do so with javascript robots that do the posting for them, so they can make several hundred posts at different message boards in an hour.

The spam block makes sure that nobody posts more than once every minute or two, (not exactly sure of the figure), to avoid that type of posting.
