Dingo, need lots of help for my new ship!!

As you may have heard, I have gotten a clear for building my brand new ship, The Alantra!  I have command of all vessels abour W.A.N IV and the Alantra will be the main Command ship among these vessels.  She will be fighting many battles so, I need her to be One of the Fastest, Strongest, Hich Tech, most Powerful, and yet Elegant, slick, and smooth fighters in W.A.N fleet.  This is going to be a ship very similar to the Defiant.  I will need all the help I can get, and I know I have come to the right place.  I will be gone for a few days on my spy mission and will be building a museum out of the W.A.N I & II.  While im gone could you help me out with all of its Weapons and design?  Thank you.

Neutronium Plating
1 upgraded cloking unit
1 heavy duty gravity control unit.
2 multi channel communication units...contact the Skunkworks Corporation for specification....need things from the Black Hole unit.  The will provide you with the equipment..no questions asked...just try to negotiate a good deal.
6 short range plasma injectors
1 small galley unit
1 Troglodite space frame...stripped

Labatt, this is your command ship.  Or sometimes refered to as captains jig.  It is a one man.  You want a 50 being landing craft/assault boat, or a small destroyer..  Please clarify

This ship is going to be the Head Command Ship of all Interstel Vessels in SDC!  For Example- The Defiant on DS9 was their main Vessel.  So How many men would I need to operate a ship of that kind?

So you are saying that the Defiant was a sector Command ship and had to have a minimum of 14 crew members?  Alright then.  Lets get started with building one of the most powerful and state of the Art ships which will be known to W.A.N Fleet!

Next step will be appropriations.  We will need to run this by the admiral, and by our Ship merchant.  Then we will start assembling the weapons platform, and construct the ship around it.  I have to pass the inspection first.  Then go from there

I have been notified that USS Alantra will be MASSIVE.  And I mean MASSIVE!  It should hole 500 crew enstead of 50.  This will not only be the most powerful but one of the most largest as well.  Hope this does not cause much problem with building it.  

Any way I need to know the progress of the building so far.
