Proposal to Admiral and Dingo................

I have been working on developing Ion Cannons for protection of Worlds in our Quadrants.  Since I am the Supreme General of Planetside Forces I began to think and this was what I came up with.....

We can stretegicly place these Ion Cannons in positions all around a planet, with that it will be nearly impossible for any Bozo ships and even Bozo Mother ships to strike a planet.  These Cannons will be cappable of destroying a ship with one burst, and will also be able to destroy low level aircraft for example- a fighter about tree high.  

So Admiral, Dingo What do u think?  This would take a while to get to all the planets, but im willing to do the work.

Take one system, and so arm it as a prototype.  Make sure we can control the output for those cannons.  See if it will work correctly, at an affordable price.  Keep in mind we will need ForF software installed, and a means to control it.  We do not accidently want to harm an innocent race we have not encountered

When I started thinking about it I asked a Top WAN Software analyst to see what type of tech would be needed.  He taught me some pretty neat stuff and has is willing to supply the core or the brain for the Ion Cannon prototype.  He says this technology is state of the art right now and has not of yet been used.  Because of that we will need to also have permission to use this brand new tech for the first time.  God dingo don't you think we get lucky?  We always get to try out the best of the best in the latest technology and even invent some of it.

General, you have full Admiralty authority behind Captain Dingo's decision.

BTW, I understand there has been some confusion regarding Dingo's rank. He was, in fact, promoted to Captain some time back, during the tenure of the WAN II, I believe. However, we have kept him in Weapons R&D due to his extreme talents there, and his preference for that instead of command. Dingo, should you desire a ship of your own, you have but to ask, old friend.
