As things stand:
Admiral Labatt has defected from the WAN. He and his trusted associate Freya09 have taken over the 3 galaxies controlled by the android "Thor", and has become dictator of those Galaxies, after suffering a bitter defeat by the paws of his best friend Commadore Dingo.
Commadore Dingo, with his crew aboard the Phoneix, has been forced to assume the defense of the Milkeyway Galaxy. After imposing a non-agression treaty upon his best friend Admiral Labatt, after defeating him in a massive battle using a craft trap.
A stalemate exists, as well as a blood feud now between the Alliance of the WAN, and the forces of Admiral Labatt. Neither side has the firepower to defeat the other. Both sides, start sending ships to the Adromenda Galaxy in hopes to discover material resources and allies to break the stalemate

From Phoenix Medical Officer to Freya09
Scan your subroutines and implement general command "Ottawan Alpha".
I am hoping this encoded transcription get's through to you.
Should you succeed in accessing the subroutine, contact me immediately on a secured channel.

Make sure our defences are alined to these specefications. I must go.......My people are waiting.
(Massive doors open, and Labatt steps through. There are Billions of people in the Crowds, cheering Labatt's Name)
Thank you. I ensure you, that I will not only fortify and bring prosperity to our great Empire, I will make sure, that history never forgets the name Vedran! I stand before you, and trillions of others millions of light years away, who are watching this. I will not fail, you will not fail, we will not fail. We will embark on the greatest conquest in all of this great universes history. And United, no one, no power, in the dimensions or above can stop us! Here's to Vedran!
(Labatt, leaves the cheering crowds)
The Andromeda Galaxy has many things that would be of good use to us. Im sure WAN will be there, doing the same. We will begin massive operations of mining, land control, and to form allies. And ofcoarse......Conquest.
Freya, I appoint you as Korandor of Vedran. You are my second in command, officialy. I am now the Leader of the Vedran Empire(Hint hint, change our names)
You know your responsibilities Freya, do not lack in anything. We have many things to do.

40,000 Trade teams have been dispatched. No sign of Labatt's forces having arrived. Initial encounters indicate a willingness to trade in exchange for assistance along the medical line. Cmd Ottawan, set up your labs, the Phoneix will be heading to the Andromedia Galaxy to set up defensive bases, and shipping points

Departed immediately!
Vedrans Unite! Gathering Fleets. Tiger on Board! Report: 66% of the 40,000 trade teams deployed by that Puppy have been intercepted en route. Have encountered some problems...
Should we ply them with alternative trade possibilities (for the future of This Dynasty? They may have their uses, do you think?),
Or just 'Delete' them?

Darn, over half of our represenatives have been intercepted, but at least we know where Labatts efforts are directed. Activating Bottleball defensive net, that will prevent any more of their incursion into our area of activity. Hmm, I wonder if they will try and "turn" our represenatives, if they do, it wil activate double agent syndrome (Nice work on that breakthrough Ottawan, those new medical cures have many new uses), making them "supposidly turned, but accually working on behalf of the WAN".
Dispatching another 40,000 trade teams in the next 2 sectors, lets surround and isolate this pocket of Labatts efforts. Cpt Sunspot, please activate our "raiders", and disrupt Labatt's merchant shipping. He has not activated the convoy system, like we have, giving our merchants an advantage, with mutual protective escorts. Have them watch out for ambush units, Labatt's is just as tricky on raiding tactics as I am. We had the same teacher. Admiral PLC. The more we fustrate his efforts, the more angry he will become, and will make mistakes which we can capitalize on. His only weakness, he is not patcient, and hopefully he will not learn it. At least I know my weakness, and that is to make bold moves, even when it is not recommended. It has bit me in the touche a few times, but my experience with the Vectora, showed me the error of my judgement
Now to figure out his next moves..he likes to keep a tight grip on his units, Freya will be the wildcard, from what evidence we have been able to figure out, she is very cagey in covering her footprints on her tactics

Military Officer*Our Savior, Labatt. I believe you should be sending one of your battle fleets to Andromeda Galaxy. We can destroy their ships and show them that this land is ours! I don't understand why you do not do this*
(Labatt turns around and grabs the officer by the neck)
You........you are telling me what to do? Pathetic fool! I will gladly tear your trachea out of your throat, right now!
I know them, I was part of them. I was among them for over half a millenia. I know all there tactics. Now, they will try things....which will seem rather stupid. Let them do whatever they want. And get the hell out of my chamber. (Labatt let's go of the Officer's neck)
Open a channel to Freya's command ship.
*open*
Freya, how is your progress? ......do not dissapoint me......

Representatives reporting. One sector clear. Trade alliences exstablished. The other sector is full of Labatts agents. Started counter agent activity. Have disrupted several of their trade delegations. Have to tread carefully, they have resorted to assasinations of planetary leaders, leaving alse evidence blaming the WAN. Was sucessful in intersession on several occations, showing Labatt's forces were doing the terroist acts. This whole sector is a hodge podge of alliences, counter alliences. A quagmire. Trade representaves, in sector 3A. Maintain your presence, but reduce your vulnerbilities, we do not want to get sucked into that quagmire at this time. Set up raiding units, with Labatts insigna, have them attack Labatt's ally unit's trade ships, let some get through, see how his allies feel about him raiding their ships.
Raiding units on Labatts commercial vessals between galaxies, are neting nice results. Have lost a few raiders to ambush ships.
Increase number of escort vessals on all our commercial convoys. Trade envoys, make sure you set-up convoy systems with our allies. I know they will not like it, but give them the studies, showing how the convoys will protect their shipments, in hostile territory.
Expand teams by an additional 80,000. Open exploration in next 4 sectors. Set up defensive battleballs along the outskirts of the "Quagmire" sector.
Setup major bases in our "Safe" sector. Let our allies know that we are here for them. Also open up recruiting offices in our allies planets, see if we can recruit some more people. Setup training facilities, and open them up for our allies to utililize if they so desire to learn new processes for security of major facilities, bodyguards. Open up a sector university for teaching WAN philosiphy, and openness of astronmy and cosmology.
Ottawan, and more luck in finding cures??

Extra-galactic DNA being what it is Sir, we have made slow progress in developing vaccines against the natural diseases on some of the more advanced planets. Their medical technology equals and in some cases surpasses ours. I am learning many new things which I hope will prove beneficial to us.
As far as the lesser advanced planets go, we have been successful in eradicating several forms of what we used to call "plague" and have therefore made some close ties with the populace. Being that they are not technologically advanced they will be of little assistance militarily but their planets make excellent staging areas for our forces.
We continue to work to find vaccines for the advanced planets and our progress is good.
Ottawan out!

Ottawan, good work. Keep it up. Hmmm that plague virus, you still have it around??? If so, send it up here, for dispatch.
I have tipped the Intergalaxtic Space News about what is going on. Best news source around. They are sending several reporters to all the effected galaxies
