Initiating condition Yellow.  Although the strange giant webship, shows no hostile intentions, but contains a large armed force, it is prudent to maintain a degre of enhanced readyness.  This being a galatic wide televised trial, we do not want anything upsetting the trial.  For this is to be a fair trial.

Ladies and gentlebots of the court, we are here today because of the WAN Battlefleets' actions. They have started this, Altair attempted to finish it. It was not the Bozo's who first declared war, but the WAN. Sure, when the WAN was first in it's infancy there were a few skirmishes between our kind, but never anything on the scale as now and then this self proclaimed jihad against Bozo's have caused the near exctinction of our way of thought.
I ask you, ladies and gentlebots of the court, what makes there view more superior then ours. Why should they be allowed to continually raid our shipping lanes, destroy our worlds and brain wash our populace.
Our use of chemical weapons were justified as it was the WAN who fired the first shot. They destroy worlds and think nothing of it. The prosecutor himself has a murderous creature that he knows has destroyed worlds. What has he done about it?
NOTHING!
There higher then mighty stance to us is wrong, had they pursued the peace talks they attempted earlier in the war would we be here?
We'll never know.
Altair was mearly the instrument of our defence. We were never going to lay down and let them destroy our civilization and culture.
I push to have this trial ended in peace settlement between our races and a decree to set up a automated neutral zone.

Monitoring the situation.  Continue with diplomatic contacts, lets find out their attentions.  They will need to breach the dimentional barrier in order to open hostilities.

Procecution, I am ready with my testimony.  The Phoneix is also prepared to provide her testemony when called, you will need to provide a communication terminal for her to access, unless you want a 12 mile long webship to arrive in the center of the court room to give her testemony in person.

(Snazee enters what is left of her office, sprints to the wall where the computer terminals once were, whips out her cell phone and calls WAN HQ.......

"Someone or something has broke into Spy Command, and all the equipment and crew is missing.......HELP, SOME ONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON???  I came into the office today to get the evidence for the case, and gone, it's all gone............Dingo, Admiral, someone HELP............"

(Nem presses red button and several Minion drones rush into Snazee's office and begin scaning for fingerprints while another guides Snazee out of the office and puts a court seal near the door saying no one but court appointees can enter)

Attempted espinoge by Agent BIC has been countered, as evidence stolen is counterfited evidence, set up as bait for such attempts by Bozo agents.  Copies of the original and untampered evidence is already in the hands of the prosecution, and defense teams, as per section 127.3 of the rules of court.

(Drones begin unfolding from cargo bays and start heading toward various areas of the ship. They begin to position themselves in front of door to various areas of the ship. Doors to the engine room and weapons arrays are sealed with drones inside to further enforce security.

Where is Prosecutor Laugi?
If he does not arrive within the next twenty-four standard earth hours a new prosecutor will be assigned unless WAN HQ wishes to assume prosecution itself.

Court is adjurned untill then, no one is allowed off ship, all communications are to be sent through the ships comm array. Personal comms are not allowed and will result in the arrest of user.
Be warned all comms uses are monitored.

I think u misunderstood.  I told u that I was 2nd degree, and since then I have had 2 testings, this does not make me a 4th degree Junior Master.  We have a Gup system.  When we get 1st degree we have 10 gups.  Every testing we go to we lose 2 gups if we pass.  I am 2nd Degree and now i have 4 gups.  So it will take me about another 4 years or 5 years to become 4th degree.

D a m n I wish that u could call me 4th degree with out it being a lye

O ya on more proffesional news Commadore we need to talk immediately about WAN's next plan and movement.
