1.  All fleet personnel and civilions.  A reward for the capture dead or alive of the Bozo outlaw Altair1 is being issued.  Subject is concidered armed with illogic extreamely dangerous.  The use of excessive force is authorized in it's capture.  Reward is a two week unpaid leave of absence.

2.  Dimensional Command reports that the dimentional barrier between universes is completely intact and that no contact is possible between multiple dimentions.

3.  Privateering licenses are to be granted to all fleet commanders for use in hostile sectors.  Standard prize distribution authorized.  Contact any local Draconian for disposition of captured ships, Bozo planets...ect.
Make sure to utilize the ForF system when approching another vessal.  The accidently capture of a friendly vessal will result in loss of prize funds, as each commander will be responcible in paying for damages and heavy fines for such accidents.

4.  The granting of the following promotions are as folows:

You are correct, there is no such thing as Bozo civilians. The planet you attack is the homeworld of the Arcturians, founded by Boziana XI. WAN help them settle into their new world far away from the bozo's. We have been enemies with them ever since because they are no longer bozo and broke away from the Bozo Empire.

The Bozo's had no presence on Arcturus except me. I sent the message from Arcturus so you wouldn't find my location and if you did you wouldn't attack the planet because you were allies with the Arcturians. I left the planet right after I sent the message because if some Arcturian caught me there, I would have no chance in leaving the planet. The story before that was a cover-up story.

The WAN Fleet attacked Arcturus after PLC gave the order of no treaty. You did not consult WAN Intelligence.

Operation Justice for All will be entering WAN territory within the hour. Surrender those responsible or instead of handy over your WAN officers we could agree on a treaty to help the Arcturians and give the Bozo Empire a larger piece of the pie in your galaxy.

Thanks, if it's okay with WAN HQ i'd like to hold the trial in the conference room of the WAN V withe the WAN VI and a small defence force just in sub-dimensional space.
The WAN V will be located near the Cassandra system the dimensional anchor will hold the ship in place more efficently then engines.
