Due to the recent incursion into our borders by rebel units, we have aquired a prisioner we wish to exchange for future conciderations for repreations of any and all captured members of the glorious Bozoland members:

One Cyborg:  Idintification is undetermained due to being kept in a pure stasis field.  It is a suspected member of the Borg collector (We have had intrusions with those beings in the past and are well aware of how to contain them when captured so as not to be assimulated.

We furthur request that all units return to pre intrusion borders.  

Reporations can be discussed at talks further down the road. We recommend the current cease fire be kept in place for the time being.
