Hi everybody!


                       Just back from 10 days of camping and astronomy, and am starting to catch up on events which occurred in my absence.  Will probably post a bit tonight, but not much before - I have much unpacking and equipment cleaning to do, and have to visit the registrar's office at school.  Also have to get an estimate for repairs to my travel trailer - I got a tad too adventurous seeking dark skies and wound up in argument with an overhanging tree limb .  Minor damage to the trailer, big hit to my precision driver's ego!

  I'm sorry to see PLC is still gone.  Will look in again in a few hours, after taking care of sundry chores.

That's a very funny pseusdo-name for me, Nemesis. I'm still trying to sell your u-subs, but I've yet to hit the motherlode.

Also, the Draconis has been fitted with anti-bozo shielding, so I can expand my trading horizons. I've also added more cargo capacity to my ship, but in doing so I've had to get rid of the weapons systems. I'm hoping that the anti-bozo shield will be enough to see me through the most of the attacks. If I do run into trouble can I count on fighter support from the WAN? If not, that's allright, I'll seek escort elsewhere.

Anyway... nope there is no anyway, everything else is nominal.

I assume the name WAN IV is not for a ship that will cruise uncloaked in BozoSpace.

It is best to maintain a LOW profile there while the situation is so unsteady.

I'm to serve as the new WAN III CO, Yale is XO,  and we ask for all the crew's assistance during this transition.

I've already given cruising orders in the promotion board thread.  The ship will be underway shortly, on course for the Eta Carinae region.
