That's great, Remcook!
Will you report your symposium to us, please?

BTW, if you don't get enough questions for those celebrities, you may collect some here?

Look at the start date on this thread!

Must be a persistence award in this.  Good for you!

The symposium will be held at 9 april.

In the morning, there will be 4 speakers:

- Dan Goldin, need I say more?!
- Eric Anderson, CEO of Space Adventures, the guy who basicly managed the Tito trip.
- Wubbo Ockels, former Dutch astronaut and professor at Delft University of Technology
- Patrick Collins, professor at Azabu University, Japan

After lunch, there will be some sort of game show for the students present. Winner will get a zero-g flight. (not in a big plane, but still...)

In the afternoon, there will be a forum to dicuss some things.

If all goes well, there will be a website soon, where everybody can subsribe.

now just hope we get enough money together. We have some sponsorship, but not yet enough. (especially the lunch is very expensive)

Due to budget problems, we had to cut it to one afternoon, leaving out the forum. But money is fine now. Goldin is still coming. We had to cancel Collins. Still a little show with which you can win a 0-g flight.

I'm now busy with the poster and folders. Should be done beginning next week.

Tired. Bed. Later..

Are you planning this as an annual event, or is this a one-time deal?

It's something we do to celebrate our 15th year of excistance. Normally, the society is doing lectures, excursions and small (foreign) study tours.

The society is a sub-society of the aerospace-students society. It deals only with space related subjects. Others groups are doing a sympoium too, a large study tour, parties, etc.
