Do asteroids have a magnetic field?
What about comets and Quaoar?

As far as I know, asteroids and comets lack magnetic fields since they do not contain Fe cores.  On the other hand, we know Ni-bearing meteorites exist, so possibly there are Fe-Ni bearing asteroids or comets, and they may have magnetic fields, but only if a sufficient number of magnetic domains are aligned.  Otherwise the magnetic field would be weak and localized.
