My question is that if all space matter and everything condensed to a single point as the big bang theory says.
and If we say even higher dimensions were pulled into that one point(then it would be one dimensonal) how could time exsist within  the  point. Because everything is pulled  in to single dimensional point there would be no higher dimensions existing then the one.  right? or mabey i am being a fool.  but was there a point with no time?

Before about 5.4 x 10^-44 s (the planck time) it is meaningless to talk about what happened, because that is the smallest unit of time that we can meaningfully talk about.  Before the big bang, it's meaningless to talk about, because time did not exist then, as it was created with the big bang.

At the plank tine, the universe's radius was somewhere between 1.6 x 10^-35 m and 1.6 x 10^-33 m (speed of light times the plank time, and 100 times the speed of light times the plank time).

So, it's really meaningless to talk about the universe before it was about this big.
